Anti-ATP6V1E1 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 77–226 of human ATP6V1E1 (NP_001687.1). The product is affinity purified and provided in liquid form, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 31 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot-specific.

Representative western blot data show detection at 1:1,000 dilution using a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000 dilution, with lysates loaded at 25µg per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, and ECL Basic Kit for detection (exposure times of 1s and 30s). Immunofluorescence images were obtained on HeLa cells at 1:100 dilution with DAPI nuclear counterstain.
