Offered through the AFMS distribution network, this Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ATP6V0D1 (also known as V-type proton ATPase subunit d 1, p39, ATP6D, or VPATPD), a ~40 kDa accessory subunit of the vacuolar H+-ATPase. The antiserum was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 280–325 of the human protein and was affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography to an estimated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied as 50 µl of an unconjugated liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, providing enough material for routine blotting workflows. The reagent has been validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies across the most commonly used mammalian model systems. As an affinity-purified polyclonal raised in rabbit, the preparation detects endogenous levels of ATP6V0D1 in whole-cell lysates and tissue homogenates and is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
