The vacuolar H+-ATPase (V-ATPase) is a multi-subunit proton pump responsible for acidifying intracellular compartments, and ATP6V0D1 encodes the d subunit that forms part of its membrane-embedded V0 domain. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ATP6V0D1 for western blot detection in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of endosomal and lysosomal pH regulation, autophagy, and receptor-mediated endocytosis pathways.
Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.2) with 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative, the unconjugated IgG is packaged as a 100 µl vial suitable for multiple western blot experiments. Keep refrigerated for short-term use; aliquot if extended storage is needed, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity.
