Raised in rabbit against the ATP6V0D1 subunit of the vacuolar-type H+-ATPase (V-ATPase), this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated 50 µl aliquot validated for Western blot detection of the human, mouse, and rat target. ATP6V0D1 forms part of the membrane-integral V0 sector that drives proton translocation across endosomal, lysosomal, and plasma membrane compartments, making the antibody useful for studies of organelle acidification, vesicular trafficking, and V-ATPase assembly in cell biology and neuroscience research. The polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes across the approximately 40 kDa subunit, and the unconjugated IgG is compatible with standard HRP- and fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents for chemiluminescent or fluorescent Western blot workflows.
