Anti-ATP6AP2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ATP6AP2, also referred to as the Renin Receptor, is offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and immunofluorescence applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 251–350 of human ATP6AP2 (NP_005756.2). The protein target has a molecular weight of 48 kDa. The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
