Anti-ATP6AP1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets ATPase H+ Transporting Accessory Protein 1 (ATP6AP1), a type I transmembrane accessory subunit of the vacuolar-type H+-ATPase (V-ATPase) proton pump. Within the multi-subunit V-ATPase complex, ATP6AP1 contributes to organelle acidification, supporting lysosomal degradation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, neurotransmitter loading into synaptic vesicles, and pH-dependent protein sorting along secretory and endosomal compartments.
