Anti-ATP6 Antibody

It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and is reactive with Human and Mouse samples, supported by 2 scientific validation images. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100 to the C-terminus of mouse ATP6 (NP_904333.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity methods. The reported molecular weight is 20 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:100–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
