Anti-ATP5S Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against ATP5S. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of ATP5S protein, and ELISA application is also reported.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 73-118 of human ATP5S and purified by antigen affinity chromatography to greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. One formulation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, while an alternative liquid formulation contains PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 25 kDa, with 24 kDa also reported. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1000 for WB and 1:10000 for ELISA.
