Anti-ATP5J2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is directed against ATP5J2, a protein also known by the synonyms ATP synthase membrane subunit f, ATP synthase subunit f, mitochondrial, ATP5JL and ATP5MF. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Immunisation was carried out using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ATP5J2. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of ATP5J2 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 11 kDa. It is validated for Western blotting and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and is supplied with one scientific validation image.
