Anti-ATP5B Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against ATP5B (ATP synthase subunit beta, mitochondrial) and is intended for use as a primary antibody in standard immunoassays. Each vial contains 50 µL of an unconjugated liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL, supplied in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabilizers. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the target band is observed at approximately 52 kDa. Recombinant full-length human ATP5B was used as the immunogen, and the pAb detects endogenous levels of the protein in human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended applications are Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and product documentation reports >95% purity by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.
