Anti-ATP5A1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ATP5A1 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. It is validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation, and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human ATP5A1 (NP_004037.1). The target migrates at approximately 53 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF and 1:50–1:200 for immunoprecipitation. Concentration is lot specific.
