Anti-ATP2C1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ATP2C1 is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western Blotting. The antibody was raised in rabbit and is reactive with human samples, where it detects endogenous levels of total ATP2C1 protein.

The immunogen used corresponds to a recombinant fragment within amino acids 483 and 761 of ATP2C1. The product is provided at a concentration of 0.89 mg/mL in a buffer of 1× PBS containing 1% BSA and 20% glycerol (pH 7), with 0.01% Thimerosal added as a preservative. Purification was carried out by antigen-affinity chromatography.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Each lot is accompanied by one scientific validation image.
