Anti-ATP2B4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ATP2B4, the gene encoding the plasma membrane Ca2+-transporting ATPase 4 (PMCA4). Marketed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with mouse samples, it is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 1141–1205 of human ATP2B4 (NP_001675.3). The target protein is a plasma membrane calcium-transporting enzyme with enhanced expression in smooth-muscle tissue. The reagent is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified preparation with a reported molecular weight of 138 kDa and a lot-specific concentration, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For Western blot a recommended working dilution range of 1:1,000–1:4,000 is indicated. Storage guidance calls for shipment at 4 °C followed by aliquoting and storage at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
