Anti-ATP2B2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ATP2B2, also referred to as Calcium Pump PMCA2 ATPase. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-80 of human ATP2B2 (NP_001674.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 137 kDa.

For Western blot use, a dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
