Anti-ATP2A2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody targets the ATP2A2 protein, also known as SERCA2, the sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase isoform responsible for pumping calcium back into the ER lumen. The immunogen-derived IgG preparation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser, and is validated for Western blot detection of endogenous SERCA2 in human, mouse and rat samples. Investigators studying calcium-handling pathways, Darier disease models, cardiac and skeletal muscle contractility, or ER-stress signalling can deploy this reagent to probe ATP2A2 expression in cell and tissue lysates under reducing SDS-PAGE conditions.
