Anti-ATP2A2 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ATP2A2, also known as SERCA2 ATPase. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence within amino acids 1–80 of human SERCA2/ATP2A2 (NP_733765.1) and is affinity purified. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a lot-specific concentration and a reported molecular weight of 115 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:2,000–1:10,000 IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
