Anti-ATP2A1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ATP2A1, also known as SERCA1 ATPase. It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and validated for use with human samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB), the antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and was prepared by affinity purification. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 350-600 of human SERCA1/SERCA1/ATP2A1 (NP_775293.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa.
