Anti-ATP1B2 Antibody

Available through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ATP1B2. It is an unconjugated IgG antibody supplied in liquid form, validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reactive against human, mouse, and rat samples.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 42 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 68–290 of human ATP1B2 (NP_001669.3). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
