Anti-ATP1A1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ATP1A1, also referred to as Sodium Potassium ATPase. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–75 of human Na+/K+-ATPase (NP_000692.2). The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight is 100 kDa and the concentration is lot specific. Four scientific images are provided.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
