Anti-ATP1α1 / Na+K+ ATPase1 (Ab-23) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ATP1α1 / Na+K+ ATPase1. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human ATP1α1 / Na+K+ ATPase1 around the phosphorylation site of serine 23 (K-K-S(p)-K-K) and detects endogenous levels of total ATP1α1 / Na+K+ ATPase1 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

Provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, the product is formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
