Anti-ATP-Citrate Lyase Antibody

This Mouse monoclonal primary antibody, offered by Antibodies.com under the name ATP-Citrate Lyase Monoclonal Antibody, is raised against an epitope mapping to the C-terminus of human ATP-Citrate Lyase (ACLY) and is supplied as a purified immunoglobulin in a 100 µL vial. The unconjugated reagent is provided in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is recommended for short-term storage at 2–8 °C (with longer-term aliquoting at –20 °C to preserve activity). The antibody is of the IgG isotype, is clonally monoclonal in nature, and has been validated for use in Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Flow Cytometry (FC), with reactivity reported on human samples. Endogenous detection of the ~120 kDa ACLY protein is supported by the C-terminal immunogen design, making the reagent suitable for studies of cytosolic acetyl-CoA biosynthesis and lipid metabolism pathways.
