Anti-ATP-Citrate Lyase Antibody

This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody binds ATP-citrate lyase (ACLY), the cytosolic enzyme that converts citrate and coenzyme A into acetyl-CoA and oxaloacetate with concomitant ATP hydrolysis. Because ACLY links carbohydrate catabolism to fatty acid and cholesterol biosynthesis and supplies acetyl groups for histone acetylation, it is widely studied in cancer metabolism, hepatic lipogenesis, and chromatin regulation.
