Anti-ATOX1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ATOX1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot on human samples. The target protein, ATOX1 (Antioxidant 1 copper chaperone), is an intracellular protein with low tissue specificity, localised to the nucleoplasm and plasma membrane.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–68 of human ATOX1 (NP_004036.1). The antibody is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The predicted molecular weight of ATOX1 is 12 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
