This Antibodies.com product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MATH5/ATOH7. The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 47–152 of human ATOH7 (NP_660161.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot-specific.
Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
