Anti-ATOH1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com directed against ATOH1 (also known as MATH1/HATH1). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and is validated for Western blot, with immunofluorescence also listed among the applications. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 215–354 of human ATOH1 (NP_005163.1), and the antibody is affinity purified. The target protein has a predicted molecular weight of 35 kDa. The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the concentration is described as lot specific.

For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is recommended. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
