Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting the ATOH1 transcription factor (also known as Math1 and HATH1), this unconjugated primary antibody is supplied in a 100 µl vial and supports Western blot and immunofluorescence work on human samples.

ATOH1 is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor critical for differentiation of inner ear hair cells, cerebellar granule neurons, and intestinal secretory cell lineages. Investigators working in auditory neuroscience, developmental biology, and gut epithelial specification use this antibody to monitor endogenous ATOH1 protein levels and subcellular localization in fixed cells and tissue sections.

The polyclonal rabbit host antibody is reactive with human ATOH1 and is unconjugated for downstream flexibility, allowing pairing with a secondary antibody of the user's choice. Store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve activity over months of use.

For Western blot, the antibody detects endogenous ATOH1 in cell and tissue lysates. For immunofluorescence, it marks nuclear ATOH1 in fixed cells and tissue sections, supporting research on cochlear hair cell regeneration, cerebellar granule cell development, and Merkel cell specification.
