Anti-ATOH1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ATOH1, also referred to by the synonyms ATH1, Atonal bHLH transcription factor 1, BHLHA14, Class A basic helix-loop-helix protein 14, hATH1, Helix-loop-helix protein hATH-1, Protein atonal homolog 1 and Transcription factor ATOH1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human ATOH1 as the immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of ATOH1 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The host species is Rabbit and the isotype is IgG.
