Anti-ATM (phospho-S1987) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ATM when phosphorylated at serine 1987. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human ATM around the phosphorylation site of ser1987, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of ATM protein only when phosphorylated at ser1987. The target protein ATM has a molecular weight of approximately 370 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
