Anti-ATM (phospho S1981) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets ATM phosphorylated at Ser1981 and is validated for Western blotting (WB). The unconjugated reagent is raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding S1981 of human ATM (NP_000042.3) and is affinity purified.

It is reactive with human and mouse samples, with a recommended WB dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is supported by one scientific validation image.
