Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody to ATM. This unconjugated primary antibody is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1957-2006 of human ATM, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of ATM protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The target has a molecular weight of approximately 350 kDa. Following affinity purification with epitope-specific immunogen, purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supported by 1 scientific validation image.
