Anti-ATM Antibody [Assigned #A10745]

This unconjugated rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes the human ATM serine/threonine kinase, a master regulator of the cellular DNA damage response that coordinates cell-cycle checkpoint arrest, double-strand break repair through homologous recombination, and activation of p53-dependent signaling following ionizing radiation or other genotoxic stress.

Cloned and expressed in rabbit as an IgG monoclonal, the reagent is supplied as 200 µl of purified stock in a single vial. It is validated for two routine laboratory applications: Western blot analysis of ATM protein expression and phosphorylation status in human cell lysates, and immunofluorescence staining to visualize nuclear ATM foci that form after induction of DNA double-strand breaks.
