Anti-Atm Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against endogenous Atm protein, raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the human Atm sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of S1981. The antiserum is purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is presented as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. The product is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry and ELISA applications, with cross-reactivity confirmed in human and mouse samples. Each vial contains 50 µL of ready-to-use antibody; larger 100 µL pack sizes are also available from the supplier. For shipping and storage, the vial is dispatched at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
