Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting ATM. Validated for Western blot and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, the unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human ATM, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of ATM protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity exceeding 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target migrates at approximately 370 kDa.
