ATM (Ataxia-Telangiectasia Mutated) is a large serine/threonine kinase central to the cellular DNA double-strand break response, phosphorylating downstream effectors such as p53 and Chk2 to enforce cell-cycle arrest and coordinate repair. This Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal Anti-ATM Antibody is raised against ATM and validated for western blot detection of the endogenous protein in human, mouse, and rat sample lysates, supporting studies of genomic instability, radiosensitivity, and ataxia-telangiectasia biology.
Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated polyclonal reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody integrates into standard immunoblotting workflows probing total ATM levels and pathway engagement following genotoxic insult. Aliquot upon receipt to limit freeze-thaw cycles, store refrigerated, and protect from light.
