Anti-ATM Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody to ATM is available from Antibodies.com, classified as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for reactivity with human samples.

Intended for Western blot (WB) applications, the antibody is provided in liquid form with a molecular weight of 310 kDa and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000. For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1900-2000 of human ATM (NP_000042.3). The concentration is lot specific.
