Anti-ATM (Ab-1981) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ATM. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human samples.

The unconjugated reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the sequence around amino acids 1979–1983 (E-G-S-Q-S) of human ATM, and purified by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific peptide. It detects the endogenous level of total ATM protein and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are included.
