Anti-ATIC Antibody

The antibody was raised in rabbit using recombinant full length Human ATIC as the immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of ATIC protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~64 kDa. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Product formulation is 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
