Anti-ATIC Antibody

The ATIC-targeting polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and validated across Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. ATIC encodes the bifunctional enzyme 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase/IMP cyclohydrolase, which catalyzes the final two steps of de novo purine biosynthesis. This reagent is widely used to investigate nucleotide metabolism, antifolate drug response, and the proliferative capacity of cancer cell lines.

The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antisera formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
