Anti-ATG9B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to ATG9B, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG raised in rabbit. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with the catalogue listing additionally noting immunohistochemistry (IHC).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 715–924 of human ATG9B (NP_775952.4). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid purified by affinity chromatography, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
