Anti-ATG9A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ATG9A, available from Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 180–290 of human ATG9A (NP_076990.4). The target protein has a molecular weight of 100 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity purification. Recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:1,000. Concentration is lot specific.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
