Anti-ATG7 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody raised against ATG7, available through Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of ATG7 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen used to raise the antibody is recombinant full length human ATG7, with specificity directed against the endogenous protein. The target migrates at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 78 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
