Anti-ATG7 Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ATG7 (Autophagy Related 7), the E1-like activating enzyme that drives two ubiquitin-like conjugation systems essential for autophagosome biogenesis. Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, it is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS buffer containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, in a 100 µl vial format that supports multiple immunoblot and staining runs.

The antibody recognizes the ATG7 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting both Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. Investigators studying mitophagy, nutrient-stress responses, or the ATG12–ATG5 and LC3 lipidation cascades can use this reagent to monitor endogenous expression and modification states of ATG7 in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections.
