Anti-ATG7 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ATG7. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive against human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with 7 scientific validation images supporting these uses.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 500-676 of human ATG7 (NP_006386.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The expected molecular weight of the target is 78 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

Recommended dilutions are 1:50-1:200 for IHC and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
