Description
Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against ATG5, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3.
It was raised in rabbit against recombinant full length Human ATG5 and detects endogenous levels of the ATG5 protein, which migrates at approximately 55 kDa. The antibody has been purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
