Anti-ATG5 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ATG5 (also referred to as APG5L) and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been affinity purified.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–275 of human ATG5 (NP_004840.1). Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The target protein has a molecular weight of 55 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, the concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
