Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against ATG4C, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
It is validated for Western blot (WB) on human samples and is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of human ATG4C (NP_116241.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 52 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified.
The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
