Anti-ATG4B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ATG4B, offered by Antibodies.com, is validated for Western blot and ELISA applications and reacts with human samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–393 of human ATG4B and has been affinity-purified.

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1 µg/ml as a starting concentration for ELISA. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

The reported molecular weight is 48 kDa and the predicted molecular weight is 44 kDa.
