Anti-ATG4A Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent raised against ATG4A. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 210–398 of human ATG4A (NP_443168.2), and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 48 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, aliquoted and stored at -20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. The concentration is reported as lot specific.
