Anti-ATG2B Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises ATG2B and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity purified and is recommended for use at a dilution range of 1:500 to 1:1,000 for WB. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1360–1600 of human ATG2B (NP_060506.5) and is provided at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 270 kDa.
