Anti-ATG13 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human ATG13 (autophagy-related protein 13) immunogen and is intended for the detection of endogenous total ATG13 protein. The unconjugated IgG is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications include Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (WB, IHC, ICC/IF), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it well suited for autophagy research across common model systems.
